Conference 2010 - University of Otago, Dunedin: November 25-26


The conference fee is $180 (inclusive of GST). The fee includes the conference dinner (on Thurs 25 November) and the pre-conference reception (on Wed 24 November), and morning teas / lunch on both days.

Notice of cancellation must be received in writing or by fax by 29 October 2010. After that date the conference fee is not refundable.
