The HERDSA (NZ) committee invites you to nominate a team or individual who has contributed outstandingly to tertiary education research in New Zealand. This includes tertiary education research itself and/or service to tertiary education research. While nominations have to be made by HERDSA members, eligible nominees are HERDSA members, academic developers, and/or active researchers in the field of tertiary education research. It is not possible to self-nominate.
We hope to streamline the nomination process so that it involves minimal time commitment. Therefore, please provide the name, contact details, and up to 150-word description explaining the significance of the individual’s or team’s contribution(s) to tertiary education research in New Zealand. Include supporting evidence (grants awarded, sustained or significant publication record, service to tertiary education research and so forth). You are welcome to provide links to relevant websites.
We ask that nominations come to the Awards Panel Convenor (Julie Timmermans, firstname.lastname@example.org) by Tuesday 20th October at 3 p.m. An announcement of the award winner will be made by Tuesday 24th November.
Many thanks – Julie Timmermans (HERDSA-TERNZ medal committee convenor)
